International Youth Entrepreneur Congress.NET
On 23rd-25th of September in Youth Center on Novoizmailovsky prospect took place International Youth Entrepreneur Congress.NET organized by Junior Chamber International (JCI Saint-Petersburg). It was our second time to collect about 130 people from all over Russia (Pskov, Noviy Urengoi, Moscow, Siktivkar) including our international guests from Austria, Germany, Turkey, India and Finland who with their opened hearts brought a lot more experience during Congress.NET days.

JCI St. Petersburg was honoured by a visit of Dr. Olga. Lakizyuk (University of Bielefeld). Dr. Olga has a vast experience in the educational area and social work. Meeting was devoted to emigrational policies in Germany and Russia. Main problems of the meeting was history and modernity of it’s policies. As a wrap up of the meeting, participants were involved in the discussion about relevancy of the different dealing ways with the immigrants in our countries.
International Congress of Young Enterpreneurs.NET
On 23rd , 24th and 25th of September in Second International Congress of Young Entrepreneurs frame will take place number of “Let my business grow” section events. We guarantee to you that there you will find new interesting contacts, borrow new skills and knowledge and also the most fresh news about business in Russia.
“Let my business grow” section dedicated to young ambitious entrepreneurs who wants to enlarge business contacts, expand their business geography and find potential investors into their business ideas. The program consists of youth education discussion and new solving problems ways in this sphere. Also networking exchange and business buying/selling questions will be discussed.

Conference: Oh, Great! It Russia!
On 10th of September JCİ Finland (Imatra) invites everyone on JCI conference dedicated to russian-finish partnership. Conference title is Oh, Great! It Russia!
The program includes: 9th of September – visit to Saimaa University of Applied Science and Finish-Russian school of Eastern Finland. As well as active discussion on Scandinavian experience in education technologies and presentation on JCI St.Petersburg. Evening will be continued with dinner.
10th of September: trainings, trading show, debates, networking and informal communication. We invite everyone to join us and to support international partnership!

Jour-Fix 28th of July
28th of July a new format of JCI Jour-Fix was launched! Lyuba Arsenko was the first to participate in a new “Hot Chair” project, sharing her life and professional experience with others. A potential member of JCI St.Petersburg, Anastasiya, also attented the meeting.

Participation in International Forum Seliget
From the 2nd to 6th of July trainers of JCI Spb participated in the international All-Russian youth educational Forum “Seliger”.
For the first time JCI represented itself as the educational partner in this scale event. In total there were about 800 people and more than half were representatives of 78 countries from all over the world. We actively participated in the program, got acquainted with new people, did our best in networking, presented JCI, and also have carried out training on crosscultural communications (Maria Zazulina and Evgenie Fedorov). On forum there were also representatives from JCI Syria and JCI Romania.
And we are happy to say that our trainers now will continue their active actions on similar to Seliger event in Kareliya, named “Hyperboreas”.

JCI Trainer is a two day course that covers adult learning styles, the best training methods to teach adults, the training tools and other techniques you need to understand to deliver training for adult audiences.

„JCI in!“
On the 25th of April a “JCI in” course was held. The course is oriented on all the new members of the organization and is based on the official introductory course “JCI Achieve”.
In the interactive form the participants got to know about the JCI organization: aims, mission, vision, products, members, and opportunities at different levels as well as their own role in the organization.
The trainers were Lubov Arseneko and Daria Shatrova.
Trainers’ meeting on the 22d of April
On the 22d of April another trainers’ meeting was held. Each participant of the event had an opportunity to give a master-class and get the immediate feedback on it. The main goal of such activities is to polish training qualities (working with the audience, keeping up the group dynamics, using various instruments and methods, answering questions, etc.).
At the start the training topics are very mixed: from the training of “Drawing notes and singing Doh” by Lubov Arsenenko to “Techniques of memorizing names” by Evgeniy Fedorov. In the future prospectus, we hope that the topics will be more JCI oriented.
Festival of Training Innovations
On the 3d of April there was organized a Youth Day of the Festival of Training Innovations. Manu young, as well as, professional trainers from Saint-Petersburg and other cities of Russia participated in the Festival. 3 out of 11 master classes were held by the JCI St.Petersburg trainers: Maria Zazulina and Olga Golubeva on virtual teams, Alexandra Bordunos and Lubov Arsenenko on the “Babilon” communication, Daria Shatrova on system communication in team. Besides, the team of the trainers was involved in the creation of the concept of the Youth Day – “Vkomande: build your own social net”. Such kind of activities is a great opportunity for the JCI trainer to show and challenge thyself, meet new colleges, get the feedback, exchange ideas, etc.
Lubov Arsenenko comments: “Great adventure! Last year I was a delegate of the Youth Day, and this time I am already a trainer. The atmosphere and the community are fantastic, it energizes you for the further positive growth!”
